I have extensive experience in seeking planning permission for all types of buildings, structures and uses as can be evidenced from the portfolio and testimonials above. Planning permission is required for most developments but there some which are exempted from requiring planning permission provided certain conditions are met. The grant of planning permission of itself does not mean a person can proceed with works. Other issues to be considered before starting are building regulations compliance, planning condition compliance as well as licences and permits to carry out the works. Good communication and organisation is required to ensure a project runs smoothly, within budget and on time.
